Bob has broad experience in business and this stems from his work across nearly all industries.

Tony began his relationship with TriSearch as a client. At a subsequent CHRO role that coincided with the launch of TriSearch, he partnered with founder and CEO Bob Aylsworth to design a new type of recruiting model, ultimately called Customized Project Recruitment (CPR). CPR was a huge success for Tony’s organization and adopted by many other companies. Tony later joined the TriSearch board, and as of January 2020, stepped into a President and Co-Founder role at TriSearch.

John Grahame, a Denver native, and former professional athlete in the National Hockey League, transitioned into the business world becoming the VP of Business Development for TriWorth in 2012. John was promoted to Managing Director and his immediate impact was recognized by the Denver Business Journal as one of the top “40 under 40 Award Recipients in 2013” as they honored Denver’s young, dynamic and up-and-coming business visionaries.

ALLISON HALPERN
Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder
Based in New York, Allison is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of TriSearch and overall utility player. She has been in the industry for over seventeen years and has made placements across all functions and industries. She also manages key clients and relationships. Previously, Allison was one of the original co-founders of TriWorth where she ran all of the business operations. Prior, Allison was an Executive Vice President at JobPlex and was head of research for the east coast division of DHR International.
